Before becoming a career coach, Holly provided
human resource expertise to top companies for over
20 years.  As founder of Pathways HR Consulting, Holly coached senior
executives on issues including recruitment, employee development and
compensation.  Prior to starting her consulting practice, she served as vice
president of Human Resources at a division of Monster.com.

Holly understands what it takes to create winning resumes, shine in
interviews, change career direction, start a new business, create work/life
balance, and manage workplace politics. She is a speaker to audiences
ranging from executives to recent graduates and has published articles on
career related issues.

Education

Holly holds an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources from Northwestern
University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Masters in Counseling
Psychology from National Louis University.  She also earned a BA in
communications from the University of Wisconsin, Madison where she was
Captain of the University Tennis Team and was named to the "All Big 10"
team.  

Holly is a member of CADRE (a professional association of Chicago area
career coaching consultants), the Executive Subgroup of the North
Suburban Chapter of the Society for Human Resources, and the American
Counseling Association.
